Shipping Policy

We are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. RuihouWear primarily ships within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may extend up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for domestic shipping.

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after shipment.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $40 within the contiguous United States (52 states). Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping is currently not available. We only ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Orders $40 and above (before tax): Free Standard Shipping.
Orders under $40: Shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Any additional fees for expedited shipping (if selected) or remote areas will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your package using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order status via our Track Order page.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days.
