Returns & Refunds Policy

RuihouWear offers a 30-Day Return Guarantee on most items to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order (based on carrier delivery date). Items must meet the following conditions:

  • In original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.
  • Not used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • In the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such).
  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products.
  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive items for health and safety reasons.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
  • Shoes/boots with obvious wear on soles or damaged packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at info@ruihouwear.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to our return address (provided in the approval email).
  4. Return Shipping Cost: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  5. After we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund.

Refund

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5-10 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
  • If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued to your account balance.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product or we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

Important

All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet our return conditions may be denied or refunded at a reduced amount. We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear to be used or abused.
